Yes. The help desk, monitoring and security work the same at every location. On-site visits are part of the plan in Northeast Wisconsin; elsewhere we work remotely and with your local staff.
We publish it: 30 minutes to first response on a total outage, 1 hour on major degradation and 2 hours on an individual request, during business hours. Outside them a person still answers the phone, and a genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night at after-hours rates.
As a flat monthly fee you can budget, instead of a surprise invoice after every fire. Most of our managed IT clients are on a three-year agreement, which is how we hold the rate flat, and a free assessment shows where you stand before you sign anything.
