Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information. We keep this in plain language on purpose.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum PC Services (“Quantum Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services, including the AI in a Box product. This is a general policy provided for transparency; it is not legal advice.
Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you contact us or request a demo.
- Usage information — such as pages visited, referring links, and general analytics collected automatically when you use our website.
- Service information — information necessary to deliver and support the services you engage us for.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Send service-related communications, updates, and (with your consent) messages about our offerings.
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience.
- Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.
SMS / text-messaging consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Quantum Technologies related to your inquiry, appointments, account, or services. Message frequency varies.
- Carrier messaging: Message and data rates may apply. Quantum Technologies is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt out anytime: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending texts to that number.
- Need help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we protect your information
Security is the foundation of our business. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data consistent with our cybersecurity-first approach.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, or when required by law. Any such providers are expected to handle your information consistent with this policy.
Website analytics and session recordings
We run our own, first-party analytics on this website. We do not sell or share what it collects, and we do not use it for advertising. It records which pages you visit, where you clicked and how far you scrolled, the type of device and browser you use, your screen size, the site that referred you (and any campaign tags in the link), and page performance timings. A random identifier is stored in a cookie for twelve months so we can tell a returning visit from a new one; it contains nothing about you.
For a sample of visits we also record how the page was used, so we can replay it and see where the site is confusing. Every form field is masked in your browser before anything is transmitted — text you type into a form is never sent as part of a recording. Recordings are kept for 30 days; aggregate statistics are kept indefinitely. If you submit a form, that submission is linked to your visit so we can see how you found us.
We honour the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals: with either set, we keep only aggregate page statistics for the visit, with no identifier and no recording. You can also opt out entirely below; the opt-out is stored as a cookie, so clearing your cookies clears it too. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are separate and are described above.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
