Insurance Agencies, Wealth Managers & Financial Advisors
IT services for insurance agencies and financial advisors.
Client data locked down, and the paperwork to prove it.
Agencies and advisory firms hold exactly the data criminals want, and regulators, carriers and clients expect a written security program behind it. Quantum Technologies builds the program, runs the controls, answers the questionnaires with you and keeps the office running, with on-site help across Northeast Wisconsin. Then Quantum Command puts the book of business on one screen.

How it works
What the first few weeks look like
Four steps, and the thing you walk away with at each one, including the written plan and budget, whether or not you hire us.
- 01
Assessment
A no-pressure review of what you're running now — hardware, software, backups, security, and the things that keep breaking.
You keep: A written findings summary, in plain English, with risks ranked.
- 02
Plan & budget
We turn the findings into a prioritized plan: what to fix now, what can wait, and what it costs.
You keep: A written plan and budget — yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.
- 03
Document & stabilize
We document your whole environment, fix the urgent gaps, and get monitoring and backup in place.
You keep: Full environment documentation, and monitoring live before you ever call us with a problem.
- 04
Ongoing support
Proactive care, a team that answers, and a quarterly look at what's next.
You keep: Published response targets, and a quarterly review of spend and risk.

Does running a financial & insurance business sound like this?
The security plan is a template.
A written program exists on paper; the controls it describes are not all in place.
Client files arrive by email.
Policy documents, statements and social security numbers in attachments and personal inboxes.
Questionnaires keep coming.
Carriers, custodians and clients each send forty questions, and nobody is sure what half of them mean.
The book of business is spread out.
Renewals, retention and revenue by producer live in the agency system and the books, never together.
There's a better way, and it's already working for businesses like yours.
How Quantum Command helps
The book of business, on one screen
We connect your agency or advisory platform with your accounting so producers and owners see renewals, retention and revenue daily.
- Renewals coming due and their premium, by producer
- Retention and lost accounts over time
- Revenue and commissions by line of business
- Assets and households by advisor, for advisory firms

Questions you could ask your own data
No reports to build, no analyst to wait on. Ask in plain English and get an answer drawn straight from the systems you already run.
“Which renewals over $10,000 come due in the next 60 days?”
“What was our retention rate by producer last year?”
“Which line of business grew fastest this quarter?”

Questions, answered
Financial & Insurance, specifically
The help desk, with a person answering the phone around the clock; the written information security plan and the controls behind it; multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and encryption on every device; tested backups; questionnaires answered from evidence; on-site visits; and a vCIO roadmap, for a flat monthly fee.
We complete it with you, from evidence, and we will not answer yes to a control you do not have. Inaccurate applications are the most common reason claims are denied. If a control is missing, we put it in place first.
Yes. On-site visits are included in managed IT, not billed as extras, and on-site help is part of the standard plan from Door County through Green Bay, the Fox Valley and the lakeshore.
We publish it: 30 minutes to first response on a total outage, 1 hour on major degradation and 2 hours on an individual request, during business hours. Outside them a person still answers the phone, and a genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night at after-hours rates.
As a flat monthly fee you can budget, instead of a surprise invoice after every fire. Most of our managed IT clients are on a three-year agreement, which is how we hold the rate flat, and a free assessment shows where you stand before you sign anything.
Let's talk about your financial & insurance setup.

No obligation. No sales pressure. Just your business, on one screen.
