Copilot & Secure AI Readiness

Switch AI on without handing it the keys to everything.

Permissions, policy and training first. Then Copilot.

Microsoft 365 Copilot can only see what your people can see. In most small businesses that is far more than anyone realizes: old shared folders, team sites nobody owns, the payroll file someone shared with everyone years ago. We clean that up, write the rules, train your team, and then turn AI on, so it makes you faster without making your data easier to find.

How we help

Copilot & Secure AI Readiness, in four parts

Find what is overshared

A review of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams: sites everyone can open, links shared with anyone, files with no owner. Fixed in priority order.

Label what matters

Payroll, client files and contracts get sensitivity labels and data loss rules, so people and AI treat them differently from the lunch menu.

Write the rules

A one-page AI use policy in plain English: which tools are approved, what never goes into a prompt, and who to ask.

Roll out, then measure

A pilot group, training on your real work, and a look at what actually saved time before licenses go company-wide.

Sound familiar?

Does any of this sound familiar?

✕

Your team is already using ChatGPT.

Nobody approved it, and nobody knows what client details have gone into it.

✕

Copilot is on the Microsoft bill, or about to be.

And no one has checked what it will be able to read once it is switched on.

✕

Everyone can open everything.

Years of share-with-everyone links and team sites that outlived the people who made them.

✕

An insurer or a client asked about AI.

The questionnaire wants your AI policy, and there is not one.

We make AI safe to switch on, then help your team actually get something out of it.

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.

The phone is answered around the clock.

Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.

  • A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
  • Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
  • Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.

What owners ask us first

Copilot follows your existing Microsoft 365 permissions, so it is exactly as safe as those permissions are. It will not show anyone a file they cannot already open, but in most companies people can open far more than they should. Fix the permissions and label the sensitive data first, and Copilot is a safe, useful tool.

It depends on the work. Copilot lives inside Outlook, Teams, Word and your files; tools like ChatGPT and Claude are strong for writing and research outside them. The readiness review ends with a recommendation: which tools, for whom, and what they should cost.

Only if company or client information goes into it without rules. The fix is rarely a ban. It is an approved tool list, business accounts where they matter, and a one-page policy people actually understand.

For most 10 to 50 person companies, a few weeks: a review first, then the fixes, the policy and the training. A bigger cleanup takes longer, and you get a firm timeline after the review.

It depends on how much cleanup your Microsoft 365 needs. The first call is free, and you get a fixed quote after the review, before any work starts.
