Domains & Email Hosting

Email that gets delivered. Domains that never lapse.

The two things every business depends on and nobody wants to manage.

A surprising number of companies are one missed renewal away from losing their domain, and one bad DNS record away from their invoices landing in spam. We register and manage your domains, run the DNS, host business email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and set up the authentication records that keep your mail trusted and your name unforgeable.

How we help

Domains & Email Hosting, in four parts

Domains, owned by you, managed by us

Registrations in your name, auto-renewed, locked against transfer, with every record documented. No more surprise expiries or a domain registered to a former employee.

Business email done properly

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailboxes with shared calendars, groups, mobile setup, retention and backup, on your own domain.

Delivered and unforgeable

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored, so your invoices reach the inbox and nobody can send as you. Most companies have none of the three set correctly.

Migrations without losses

Moving from GoDaddy, Rackspace, an old Exchange server or a web host's mailboxes, with every message, contact and calendar carried over and a planned cutover.

Sound familiar?

Does any of this sound familiar?

The domain is registered to who?

A former employee, the old web guy, or a personal card that expired. Nobody is sure, and the renewal is coming.

Our emails keep landing in spam.

Customers say they never got the quote. The DNS records that prove your mail is real were never set up.

Someone is sending email as us.

A customer received an invoice with changed bank details, and the message looked exactly like yours.

Email lives with the website host.

Ten mailboxes on a cheap hosting plan with no backup, no security and no support when it breaks.

We put the domains, the DNS and the mail under one roof and keep them there.

Line by line

What's actually included

Specific deliverables and cadences, so you can hold us to them.

Domains and DNS

  • Registration, transfer and consolidation of every domain the business owns, in an account you own
  • Auto-renewal, registrar lock and expiry monitoring, with renewals covered in the monthly plan
  • DNS hosted on a resilient provider, every record documented and change-controlled
  • Defensive registrations (common misspellings, alternate extensions) where it makes sense
  • SSL certificates issued and renewed for the website, mail and any portals

Email

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups and calendars
  • Setup on desktops and phones, signatures, and out-of-office and forwarding rules that follow policy
  • Anti-phishing and anti-spam filtering tuned for your industry, with impersonation protection
  • Mailbox backup with tested restores; retention set to what your industry or insurer requires
  • Departed-user process: mail preserved, access removed the same day, forwarding handled

Deliverability and migrations

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC published correctly and moved to enforcement once reports are clean
  • DMARC reporting monitored so spoofing attempts and misconfigured senders (the CRM, the invoicing tool) are caught
  • Migration from any previous provider with a planned cutover, usually a Friday evening
  • Email for the website's own forms and notifications set up so they are delivered too

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.

The phone is answered around the clock.

Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.

  • A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
  • Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
  • Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.

What owners ask us first

Both are excellent for email. Microsoft 365 fits most companies here because it also covers Office, Teams and file storage, and it is what their customers and vendors use. Google Workspace suits teams already living in Google Docs. We run both and will recommend one honestly.

Yes. Your domain and addresses stay exactly the same; only the service behind them changes, and we carry every message over.

Three DNS records that tell other mail servers which systems are allowed to send as your domain and what to do with mail that fails the check. Without them your mail is more likely to be filtered and your name can be used in scams. Setting them correctly is included.

Usually. We trace the registrar and the account holder, and if the domain is legitimately yours we work through the registrar's recovery process to get it under your control.

Mailbox licensing is the provider's published price, passed through. Domain and DNS management is a small flat monthly fee, or included for managed IT clients. Migrations are a fixed-price project.

Find out whether your domain is safe and your email is being delivered.

Your domain names, DNS and business email in one managed place: registrations that never lapse, mail that gets delivered and cannot be spoofed, and migrations off the old provider done without losing a message.

No obligation. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation.
