Microsoft 365 the way it should have been set up.
Email, files, Teams and identity, secured and supported.
Most companies bought Microsoft 365 for email and never finished the job: files still on a server nobody backs up, accounts without MFA, licences nobody can explain. We migrate, secure and manage the tenant, decide with you what belongs in the cloud and what does not, and support your people on it every day.
Cloud & Microsoft 365, in four parts
Migration done cleanly
Email, files and shared drives moved from old servers, Google Workspace or a previous tenant, with nothing lost and no weekend outage.
A secured tenant
MFA, conditional access, phishing protection, device management and backups of the tenant itself. Microsoft does not back up your mailbox for you.
Licensing that fits
The right plan per person, unused licences removed, and the bill explained line by line.
Support your people actually use
Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook questions answered by a local help desk, plus the training to stop asking them.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Files live in three places.
The old server, OneDrive, and someone's desktop. Nobody knows which copy is current.
Email got in, security did not.
The tenant was set up in an afternoon years ago and nobody has touched the settings since.
The licence bill makes no sense.
Business Premium, E3, a few Basic, and eleven accounts for people who left.
The server is nine years old.
It still holds the accounting system and the shared drive, and the warranty ended in 2021.
We straighten it out, then keep it straight.
What's actually included
Specific deliverables and cadences, so you can hold us to them.
Migration and setup
- Mailbox, calendar and file migration from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP or another tenant
- SharePoint and OneDrive structure designed around how the company actually works, with permissions to match
- Teams rolled out with a phone-system option when it fits (see VoIP)
- Domain, DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail is delivered and cannot be spoofed
Security and continuity
- Multi-factor authentication and conditional access for every account
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365 anti-phishing and safe-links policies
- Device management so company data on laptops and phones can be wiped if they walk
- Third-party backup of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams with tested restores
- Departed-user process: access removed the same day, mailbox preserved, files reassigned
Ongoing
- Licence review each quarter and at every hire or exit
- Help desk support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
- A straight recommendation on what stays on a local server (line-of-business apps, shop-floor systems) and what moves
- Azure and private-cloud hosting for the systems that should not sit on a desktop under a desk

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.
The phone is answered around the clock.
Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.
- A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
- Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
- Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.
See what your tenant is missing and what you are paying for that you do not use.
- Security settings reviewed against Microsoft's own baseline
- Licence audit with the savings itemised
- A migration or cleanup plan if you need one
- 1.We read every message the day it comes in.
- 2.A real person replies within one business day.
- 3.A quick, no-pitch call — you decide what's next.
What owners ask us first
Usually not everything. Email, files and collaboration belong in Microsoft 365 for almost every company. Some line-of-business and shop-floor systems run better and cheaper on a well-managed local server or a private host. We tell you which is which and why.
Not in the way people assume. Microsoft keeps the service running and offers limited retention; it does not protect you from deletion, ransomware or a departed employee cleaning house. We add a separate backup of the tenant with restores we test.
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files move over with a planned cutover, usually on a Friday evening so Monday morning is normal.
Licensing is Microsoft's published pricing, passed through. Our management and support is part of a managed IT plan or a flat monthly fee for the tenant on its own. A migration is a fixed-price project quoted after we see the environment.
Yes, across Northeast Wisconsin from Sturgeon Bay and Algoma, with on-site help when a migration or a hardware change needs it.

Microsoft 365 set up, secured and supported properly: email, files, Teams and identity for the whole company, and a sensible answer to what stays on the server.
No obligation. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation.
