IT work, close to home.

Door County and Northeast Wisconsin, since 2013.

We're a small local team looking after the technology behind manufacturers, contractors, resorts, schools, and municipalities across the peninsula. If you're technical and you'd rather not commute to a city to do this work, talk to us.

What it's actually like

Honest version

Small-company IT: broader work, more ownership, and no floor of anonymity to hide on.

The work is local and hands-on

Our clients are a short drive away, and you'll be in their buildings. If you like the idea of fixing something and then seeing the person you fixed it for at the grocery store, this is that job.

It's a small team, so the work is broad

You won't be tier-one on one product forever. On the same week you might touch a network, a phone system, a backup restore, and a camera install.

You'll own real problems

We document everything and we don't hide behind ticket queues. When you take something on, it's yours to see through — with a team behind you, not above you.

Security isn't a side quest

Our roots are in cybersecurity, so it's built into how we do everything rather than being a separate department you hand things to.

Open roles

We hire when the right person turns up more often than we hire to fill a slot. If the work above sounds like you, send us your résumé anyway — we keep them, and we do come back to them.

The kinds of people we tend to need

  • Help desk and desktop support — Windows, Microsoft 365, the everyday things that stop people working
  • Field and network technicians — switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, servers, camera and access-control installs
  • Security-minded generalists — patching, backup and restore testing, endpoint and identity work
  • Anyone who can explain a technical problem to a business owner without making them feel stupid

Not sure you tick every box? Send it anyway. We've hired people who were good at the job and light on the certifications more than once.

Rather just talk it through?

If you'd like to know what the work is really like before sending anything formal, call us and ask.

No obligation. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation.
