AI Education & Consulting

AI training and consulting for your team.

Start with the tools you already pay for. Skip the ones you don't need.

Most businesses already own AI tools and nobody is using them — or people are using them with no rules at all. We teach your team what these tools do on your actual work, write down what's allowed, and hand you a short list of what to automate first.

How we help

Four things, in this order

Training without rules creates risk. Rules without training get ignored. We do both, then sequence what comes next.

Assess

We look at how your team actually works and where the repetitive hours go.

Train

Hands-on sessions on your own documents, quotes, and email — not canned demos.

Govern

A written policy: which tools are approved, and what must never be pasted into one.

Sequence

A roadmap that puts the highest-payoff, lowest-risk use cases first.

Sound familiar?

Does any of this sound like your team?

"We bought licenses and nothing changed."

Access isn't adoption. Without training on real work, most people try it twice and go back to the old way.

"I don't know what our staff is putting into these tools."

If there's no written rule, everyone invents their own — usually by pasting whatever is on their screen.

"Every vendor says their AI will change our business."

Most of it is the same model behind a different logo. You need someone with no product to sell you in the room.

"We tried a pilot and it died."

Pilots stall when nobody owns the workflow after the demo. We name the owner and the next step before we leave.

You don't need an AI strategy. You need three workflows that work, and rules everyone understands.

Line by line

What you actually get

Deliverables you keep, not a day of enthusiasm.

Assessment

  • Walkthrough of the workflows your team repeats every week
  • Inventory of the AI features already included in your licenses
  • A shortlist of use cases, each with the time it stands to save
  • An honest list of the workflows we'd leave alone for now

Training

  • On-site workshop sessions sized to your team, run on your own work
  • Role-specific practice — front office, sales, operations, leadership
  • Prompt patterns your team keeps, written for your business
  • A recorded or written recap so new hires can be brought up to speed

Policy & roadmap

  • A written AI use policy naming approved tools and prohibited data
  • Guidance mapped to the compliance framework you answer to (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC)
  • A sequenced roadmap of what to automate next, in order
  • A follow-up session to check what stuck and what didn't
How it works

From first call to a team that uses it

Four steps, and what you keep at each one.

  1. 01

    A conversation

Thirty minutes on how your team works today, what tools you already own, and what prompted the call.

You keep: A straight answer on whether training is the right next step — or whether it isn't.

  2. 02

    Readiness assessment

We sit with the people doing the work and map where the repetitive hours actually go.

You keep: A written shortlist of use cases, ranked by payoff and risk.

  3. 03

    Workshops

Hands-on sessions by role, using your own documents and systems, not a sandbox.

You keep: A trained team and the prompt patterns they built during the session.

  4. 04

    Policy and roadmap

We write the rules down, walk leadership through them, and sequence what comes next.

You keep: Your AI use policy and a roadmap you can budget against.

Why work with us

Why learn this from an IT company

Security people, teaching AI

We started as a security-first MSP, so the first question we ask about any tool is what it does with your data.

We build with this daily

AI in a Box is our own product, built on Claude. The training comes from running it, not from a course we took.

In the room, not on a webinar

Sessions happen at your place, with your team and your work on the screen.

Questions, answered

What owners ask us first

No. Training, policy work, and the readiness assessment are standalone engagements. Plenty of businesses should start by using the tools they already own, and we'll say so.

Whatever fits your work and your budget — most often the Microsoft 365 AI features you already pay for, and Claude, which is what our own product runs on. We'll tell you when a tool you're being sold is the same model with a different logo on it.

It depends entirely on the tool and how it's configured, which is exactly why the policy matters. We show your team which tools are approved, what may never be pasted into one, and how to configure the business accounts so your content isn't used to train models.

A readiness assessment and a first workshop typically fit inside a few weeks. The roadmap that follows is paced to your business — we'd rather you land three workflows than start thirty.

Both, separately. Leadership gets a plain-English briefing on what to expect and what to budget; the people doing the work get hands-on sessions on their own tasks. Mixing the two audiences serves neither.

Then you'll have that in writing, with the reasons, and you can revisit it next year. We'd rather tell you to wait than sell you a project that stalls.
