Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.

When it is the right fit, yes, and we maintain a lot of WordPress sites. For most business sites we now build on a modern framework with static pages, which is faster, has far less to patch, and costs less to host. We recommend based on what you need to edit and how the site will be used.
You do. Everything is registered and hosted in accounts you own, with us as the administrator. If we ever part ways, you keep the site, the domain and the logins.
Yes. We inventory every indexed URL before the rebuild, map each one to its new page, deploy the redirects with the site and verify them afterward. Our own rebuild carried 147 legacy URLs across this way.
A typical five to fifteen page business site is a fixed-price project quoted after discovery, then a flat monthly care plan for hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes. Managed IT clients get the care plan folded into their agreement.
Websites are delivered across Northeast Wisconsin and beyond; the work is largely remote, with in-person discovery and photo sessions where that helps.
