Document & stabilize
We document your whole environment, fix the urgent gaps, and get monitoring and backup in place.

Does running a automotive & trucking business sound like this?
The DMS is down, so the shop is down.
No repair orders, no parts lookups and no deals until it comes back.
Deal jackets hold everything a thief wants.
Licenses, social security numbers and credit applications on every desk.
The lot is watched by a dead recorder.
Nobody notices a failed camera until the night something goes missing.
Bays and trucks sit idle unseen.
Technician hours, parts margin and truck utilization arrive at month-end.
There's a better way, and it's already working for businesses like yours.
How Quantum Command helps
Bays, units and trucks, on one screen
We connect your dealer, shop or fleet software with your accounting so service, sales and trucks line up every morning.

Questions, answered
Automotive & Trucking, specifically
The help desk, with a person answering the phone around the clock; monitoring and patching of every computer and network device in the shop and showroom; security on every account; tested backups; on-site visits; and a vCIO roadmap, for a flat monthly fee. Dealers get the FTC Safeguards Rule program on top, and cameras and phones can sit on the same plan.
If you arrange financing or leasing for customers, yes: the rule treats dealers that do as financial institutions. It requires a written information security plan with a qualified individual responsible for it, a risk assessment, multi-factor authentication, encryption and staff training. We write the plan and put the controls in place.
Yes. On-site visits are included in managed IT, not billed as extras, and on-site help is part of the standard plan from Door County through Green Bay, the Fox Valley and the lakeshore.
We publish it: 30 minutes to first response on a total outage, 1 hour on major degradation and 2 hours on an individual request, during business hours. Outside them a person still answers the phone, and a genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night at after-hours rates.
As a flat monthly fee you can budget, instead of a surprise invoice after every fire. Most of our managed IT clients are on a three-year agreement, which is how we hold the rate flat, and a free assessment shows where you stand before you sign anything.
