You just want it to work, and to know what it costs.
No surprise invoices. No jargon. No projects you didn't ask for.
You didn't start this business to manage technology. You want it handled by people who pick up the phone, tell you the truth, and bill you the same amount every month.
What you're probably thinking
If we've got these wrong, say so on the call — we'd rather be corrected than agreed with.
“Every time I call them, it costs me money.”
Our managed plans are flat monthly. Help desk, on-site visits, and project work are included rather than billed as extras — so calling us isn't a decision you have to weigh.
“I don't know if I'm being sold something I actually need.”
You get a written plan and budget after the assessment, whether or not you hire us. If something can wait, we say it can wait — and we publish who we're a wrong fit for.
“I have no idea if we're actually protected.”
MFA enforced, endpoint protection on every device, and backups we restore-test rather than assume. You get a written summary of your posture and what we changed.
“If I'm unhappy, am I stuck?”
Managed IT runs on a term agreement — usually three years, which is what holds your rate flat. We walk you through it before you sign, and the satisfaction guarantee isn't term-limited: if we're not delivering, we make it right.
How we handle it
One predictable number
Flat monthly plans starting at $500. You can budget it, and it doesn't spike in the month everything goes wrong.
A person, at any hour
Call at 2am and someone answers. Published response targets during business hours — 30 minutes on a total outage.
Plain-English reporting
A quarterly look at spend, risk, and what's coming — not a dashboard you'll never open.

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.
The phone is answered around the clock.
Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.
- A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
- Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
- Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.

A short conversation about where your technology is costing you time or money — and an honest answer about whether we're the right fit.
No obligation. No sales pressure. Just an honest conversation.
