Managed Endpoint Protection
Every computer protected, patched and watched.
Stopped before it spreads, not cleaned up after.
Managed endpoint protection on Kaseya 365, multi-factor sign-in and patching on a schedule, monitored by our team. If something does get through, we contain the device, check what else it could reach and close the door it came in by.

What is managed endpoint protection from Quantum?
Quantum puts managed endpoint protection on every business computer on Kaseya 365, enforces multi-factor sign-in across Microsoft 365 and keeps patching on a schedule, and our team monitors the alerts. If something gets through, the device is contained first, then cleaned or rebuilt, and the rest of the network is checked for the same infection.

- Patch cadence managed and reported, not left to each user
Contained fast
What's included
- Triage on the phone: what you are seeing and what to stop doing right now
- The device isolated from the network, remotely or on-site
- Malware removed and the machine verified, or rebuilt from a known-good state
- Passwords reset and multi-factor sign-in enforced on any affected account
- Other devices, shared drives and email checked for the same infection
Does any of this sound familiar?
"We have antivirus, so we're covered."
Consumer antivirus misses what a monitored endpoint tool catches.
Updates wait until someone gets around to them.
Most infections start with a missed update or a stolen password.
Nobody would know if a laptop got hit tonight.
Protection nobody watches is protection nobody acts on.
Email is sending messages nobody wrote.
An account has been taken over, and every contact is the next target.
Protect every computer, keep it patched, watch it, and contain anything that gets through.

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.
Nights & weekends
The phone is answered around the clock.
Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.
- A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
- Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
- Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.

Questions, answered
What owners ask us first
Not on its own anymore. We run managed endpoint protection on Kaseya 365 that our team monitors, enforce multi-factor sign-in across Microsoft 365, and keep patching on a schedule. Most infections start with a stolen password or a missed update, not a missing antivirus.
We contain it first: the device comes off the network and affected accounts are locked down. Then it is cleaned and verified, or rebuilt from a known-good state, passwords are reset, and the rest of the network is checked for the same infection. You get a plain-English note on what happened and what changed.
Disconnect it from the network: unplug the cable or turn off Wi-Fi. Do not call any number in a pop-up, do not pay anything, and do not sign in to banking or email on that machine. Then call us and we will take it from there.
Usually not. If a machine has to be rebuilt, files come back from backup, which is why we test restores on a schedule. If you do not have a backup you trust, that is the first thing we fix.
No. We help businesses that are not clients yet: call us and we will triage it on the phone and get it cleaned up, and if you want, talk afterward about keeping it from happening again. We work with businesses only, not home computers.
For clients, when nobody can work, a person replies within 30 minutes during business hours and our goal is a fix within 2 hours. The phone is answered around the clock, and a genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night, at after-hours rates.
