Virus Removal & Endpoint Protection
Think a computer has a virus? Call before you click anything else.
Contained, cleaned, and protected so it does not come back.
A pop-up that will not close, a machine that suddenly crawls, an email account sending messages nobody wrote. We contain the device first, clean or rebuild it, check what else it could reach, and put managed protection in place so the next one is caught early.

What we handle
- Contained first
- Cleaned, or rebuilt
- The rest of the network checked
What does Quantum do when a business computer has a virus?
Quantum contains the device first, cleans it or rebuilds it from a known-good state, resets and protects any affected accounts, and checks the rest of the network for the same infection. Afterward the computer runs managed endpoint protection on Kaseya 365 that our team monitors, with multi-factor sign-in and patching kept up to date.

How we help
Virus Removal & Endpoint Protection, in four parts
Contained first
What's included
- Triage on the phone: what you are seeing and what to stop doing right now
- The device isolated from the network, remotely or on-site
- Malware removed and the machine verified, or rebuilt from a known-good state
- Passwords reset and multi-factor sign-in enforced on any affected account
- Other devices, shared drives and email checked for the same infection

Protected so it does not come back
What's included

- Multi-factor authentication enforced across Microsoft 365
- Continuous monitoring with alerting to our team
- Patch cadence managed and reported, not left to each user
Does any of this sound familiar?
A pop-up says you are infected and to call a number.
Do not call it. Those numbers belong to scammers, not to Microsoft.
The computer is suddenly slow and full of ads.
Something got installed that nobody meant to install.
Email is sending messages nobody wrote.
An account has been taken over, and every contact is the next target.
The antivirus says everything is fine.
Consumer antivirus misses what a monitored endpoint tool catches.
Contain it, clean it, check the rest, and keep watch afterward.

Targets apply during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT. Initial response is when a human has your ticket and has replied — not an autoresponder. Resolution goal is our target, not a guarantee; complex work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you when it will.
Nights & weekends
The phone is answered around the clock.
Call at 2am and a person picks up — not voicemail, not an offshore queue. We triage it on the spot.
- A genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night. After-hours and emergency rates apply.
- Anything that can wait goes into the queue for the next business day, and you'll be told which it is.
- Round-the-clock coverage is available as an add-on for businesses that can't wait until morning — several of our clients run it.

Questions, answered
What owners ask us first
Disconnect it from the network: unplug the cable or turn off Wi-Fi. Do not call any number in a pop-up, do not pay anything, and do not sign in to banking or email on that machine. Then call us and we will take it from there.
Not on its own anymore. We run managed endpoint protection on Kaseya 365 that our team monitors, enforce multi-factor sign-in across Microsoft 365, and keep patching on a schedule. Most infections start with a stolen password or a missed update, not a missing antivirus.
Usually not. If a machine has to be rebuilt, files come back from backup, which is why we test restores on a schedule. If you do not have a backup you trust, that is the first thing we fix.
No. We help businesses that are not clients yet: call us and we will triage it on the phone and get it cleaned up, and if you want, talk afterward about keeping it from happening again. We work with businesses only, not home computers.
For clients, when nobody can work, a person replies within 30 minutes during business hours and our goal is a fix within 2 hours. The phone is answered around the clock, and a genuine emergency gets a technician engaged that night, at after-hours rates.
